We provide a maintenance package tailored to each site, be that one that we have installed or one that simply needs maintenance.
At Premier Water Solutions, we pride ourselves in offering a comprehensive and measurable maintenance package, which provides the client with piece of mind.
If you have a permit with stringent quality parameters for BOD, suspended solids or ammonia or whether your discharge needs to comply with the General Binding Rules, we will put you on a cyclical maintenance programme to suit your needs.
We provide maintenance packages for waste water treatment plants, pump stations, rainwater recycling plants and UV disinfection units. When on site we take readings for pH, Dissolved Oxygen and ORP from the bio zone so we can check operation whilst on site. We also take samples which are sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis to ensure compliance with the Environment Agency.

Pipe Patching and Lining
Premier Water Solutions is experienced in all fields of waste water management systems management, with the correct tools and procedures to ensure that your apparatus continues to work at optimum capacity.
As pipework is an essential component of most water management installations, we are able to undertake re-rounding on blistered pitch fibre pipes. We can save the considerable expense of digging down and replacing pipework by either re-lining bellied pipe or patching dropped joints on plastic or vitrified clay.
This is especially helpful if the pipework is below a property.
Telemetry
We have invested heavily in developing new state of the art technology which enables us to see inside of the treatment plants and pump station 24/7.
Through our experience of maintaining treatment plants and pump station it is impossible to know if a system has had a catastrophic failure in between maintenance inspections. Some of the larger plants tend to have a SIM Card Telemetry system which advises on major faults such mains power fault or low pressure, we can be set up on these to be the primary number to receive the faults.
This would then initiate an emergency call out to see what the problem is. Premier Water Solutions has taken this one step further and has development sensors for water quality such as pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity and ORP so we can identify a slight deviation from normal trends, this means we can undertake a planned site visit to inspect the plant before a major catastrophic failure.
We also have sensors that can tell us the water level in pump stations or level of chemical for dosing systems, as well as pumps operating and high level alarms and mains power faults. This means that any company that is on the pathway to Carbon Net Zero, can reduce monthly inspections for example as there is no need to send out an engineer to inspect a system when we can see inside the tanks.
