These are some of the installations that we have encountered that can leave you with a considerable repair fee. In this case, the percolation tests were not carried out correctly and the treatment plant was installed way too deep. As a result of the soakaway failing, the water backed up and caused the blower to malfunction, rendering the plant to fail.

With every PWS installation, the work is certified with a Building Regulation Completion Certificate and our own PWS Wastewater Discharge Compliance Certificate.

This ensures that the percolation tests are carried out correctly and the system designed and installed to the optimum operational requirements. We carry out annual maintenance to check the compliance against the General Binding Rules and the EA Permit, and re-issue the Compliance Certificate to give complete piece of mind.
