Premier Water Solutions (PWS) is managed by founder, Louisa Inch, an award-winning environmental consultant and expert in her field. Over the past 16 years, PWS has honed and developed its services to become highly regarded as the ‘go-to’ company in Cornwall and the South West for waste water and flood resilience services and solutions. Our experienced in-house team of specialists, along with certified contractors and dedicated project managers, have the capability to take on any size of commercial or domestic project in the region.
Be reassured knowing that PWS holds full employers’ product, plant and public liability insurance. After the initial enquiry, all projects begin with a site visit before work begins on preliminary designs and obtaining the necessary legal approvals. We will implement your proposed development, providing all the required paperwork and as-built schematics have been approved. We’ll stay in consistent communication with you during every stage of the process – and, remain on hand after installation completion to maintain and service your system.
During 2023, PMS successfully implemented a digital transformation of its business processes so that work packages and surveys can be tracked on tailor-made digital forms. This has streamlined the business, resulting in a quicker transfer of information to clients, transforming the business into a smart tech company upgrading wastewater maintenance from a reactive to a proactive model.
Monitoring a fast growing number of boreholes across Cornwall and the South West, PWS is the first UK company to map the groundwater table in ‘real time’ to assess how seasonal changes and drought / flooding affects the groundwater.
Throughout our longstanding trading history, PWS has attained 39 industry awards including the BUILD Construction and Engineering Awards 2023 – Environmental Consultant of the Year (South West England). In 2024, founder and MD Louisa received a Global 100 award Women in Leadership Winner.

Managing DirectorResponsible for the overall management of the Premier Water Solutions 10 Ltd, obtaining research and development grants, driving the new remote monitoring and sensors environmental intelligence, heads up the consultancy division.
