Louisa Inch is the Managing Director of Premier Water Solutions 10 LTD, which she founded in 2008. With over 23 years of experience in the environmental sector, she is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Full Member of CIWEM (Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management) and IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment). Louisa leads the company's team, heads the Consultancy Department, and provides expert witness reports. She also delivers CPD training sessions and has been a keynote speaker at various professional events. Outside of work Louisa enjoys horse riding, traveling, attending festivals, and spending time with her partner, Mike, and their children.
Mike is our highly skilled and trained contracts manager and health and safety supervisor. He heads up the installation and maintenance team for the company, is responsible for quoting, project management, CDM regs, building regulation compliance and streetworks applications. His background is working on large (in excess of £2m) planned installation works for South West Water and brings a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years experience in delivering small and large scale projects. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children and step children, cycling, camping, rowing (he came 5th in the World Pilot Gig Championships on the Isles of Scilly) and watching old banger racing.
